I was doing some research for the girls school. Here is a little background on my mama's mother's side of the family. This is what my cousin sent me. "Shehorn, was mainly Scottish ancestry. Shepperson is mainly English. My Mom likes to say she is a dukes mixture. Their families were American from way back in the early 1800's. Her grandfather was also Wm. Riley Shehorn."
